Cancellation Policy

 

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund.

 

• Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

 

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.

 

• In case of severe weather, customers may reschedule their rental for a future available date at no additional charge.

 

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future booking.

 

• Bounce & Party Rental reserves the right to cancel any setup due to unsafe weather conditions or safety concerns
